A Bit About Me

I started my Spiritual Journey in 2019.  The universe brought a dear friend to me who was suffering from serious stomach issues and never got relief or answers from the medical field.  She discovered and started having Reiki sessions where she found relief!  With that and from her learning and teaching I started my quest for the understanding of how Reiki works.  Just Prior to I was studying Astrology which cracked the door to the metaphysical realm for me.

After jumping into the studies of Reiki I unknowingly started my Spiritual Awakening.  With my Reiki I attunement I started to become even more sensitive and with my Reiki II attunement my Awakening went  in to full swing!  Overtime I experienced and learned more about my senses and ascension from the third dimension.  I discovered a plethora of all things metaphysical which prompted my profound journey with an open heart and an open mind.  My awakening was not an easy one, but I will save that story for our blog.

I have listed below all my studies and certifications.  There are a lot and I do not offer services on all of them, just presenting my background in knowledge where everything truly goes hand and hand with Holistic Healing.  I may offer some of those services later on down the road.

What my Reiki Sessions Consist of...

As we all know there are various forms of Reiki and each Practitioner is Unique.  One of the heartfelt reasons Secrets of Healing is welcoming the hosting of any Local Practitioner who so chooses to be acknowledged on the Holistic Practitioners Page.

With all my Modalities of Reiki, I have peaceful angelic music with crystal singing bowl sounds, I use Selenite to help with clearing negative energy, Obsidian for Protection and grounding, and a series of crystals strategically placed around or under my table for the chakras.  I also have an Infrared Crystal Healing mat that I may have my client lay on and a Grounding mat that I may stand on or have my client lay on, depending on my intuitive guidance.  I also light candles which give light and a beautiful spa like ambiance.  The following are the types of Reiki that can be requested, any can be combined into one session also.

• First I have my Traditional Usui Reiki Session which is the Traditional hand placements based on Dr Mikao Usui's teachings.  I use the Traditional Reiki Symbols.

• Second I have my Sekhmet Reiki which incorporates the Traditional hand placements but channels Sekhmet and her Loving Healing Energy by reciting the Ancient Egyptian Hekau.  I use the Traditional Reiki Symbols and the Ancient Egyptian Symbols.

• Third I have the Arcturian Reiki which is a new age modality that incorporates balancing of the main 7 chakras all at once attuning to the galactic frequency the Arcturians are known to heal from. 

• Fourth I have the Distant Reiki.  I would meet with my client prior to the session, either on the phone or on Zoom, whichever is preferred.  After connecting I have my client lay comfortably.  I will send relaxing music, and if they want light a few candles whatever would help to relax.  I would use the Traditional Symbols to connect and send Reiki.

Sacred Sexuality...

When I started this path learning about Sacred Sexuality I had a very profound realization. I realized that what I knew or was taught was mere programming. As I dove deeper I found insanely interesting research and data on how Sexual Relations/Relationships can either seriously hurt your Body, Mind, and Spirit or truly enlighten you.  Unfortunately in today's society, young people are brought up on porn, where they learn sex.  Porn sex that is, and I cringe everytime I say or think this!  ATTENTION ALL - this is not reality! In Fact this garbage is one of the leading causes for sexual related additions!  Addictions which by the way literally rot your brain, proven by studies.  I will provide all that information in a session/class to the best of my knowledge.

Future Goals with my Classes...

I have teenagers at home that I worry about in this area, as any parent would.  So I figured one thing out in the last year...what these kids learn in school by their peers is just mortifying. Has anyone ever had their teen come home and blurt out something sexual in nature, totally wrong, and inappropriate? Even worse... has anyone ever had to help assist in a conversation about what is appropriate and what is not to a teen who is neurodivergent and also has an intellectual disability? If you think having that conversation with your neurotypical teen is hard, think again! I have been studying, researching, and putting together a pamphlet that is geared toward helping teens better understand regardless of their mental capacity. How to help them understand Mindfulness, Presence, Honoring the Body, Respect, Consent, the Dangers, most of all Self-Love.  With that said, I'm pursuing certifications that will enable me to educate the younger generation, crafting age appropriate lessons tailored to each individual's learning needs. I recognize that these discussions can be uncomfortable, but I'm committed to making them accessible and meaningful for all someday soon.  For now my classes will obviously be for adults.

Space Healing...

At the start of the session I will create and use a Bagua map of the space I am healing.  During a Reiki Space Healing session, I work to cleanse, purify, and harmonize the energy within the designated space. This is achieved through a combination of intention setting, visualization techniques, and the gentle laying on of hands or distance healing methods. I use mudras to help with the Reiki energy, directing it towards areas of stagnant or negative energy, and infusing the space with positive, revitalizing vibrations.  If needed I can make suggestions on de-cluttering and proper furniture placement to promote the flow of energy. I may also use a combination of tools such as, sage, palo santo, crystals, singing bowls, a tuning fork, etc.

The benefits of Reiki Space Healing extend beyond the physical realm, encompassing emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects as well. By clearing away energetic blockages and promoting a sense of harmony and balance within the space, individuals may experience enhanced feelings of peace, relaxation, and well-being. Additionally, Reiki Space Healing can create an environment conducive to personal growth, creativity, and overall positive energy flow.

Certified Hypnotist...

So my journey into hypnosis was sparked by my fascination with the intricacies of the human brain and its remarkable capacity for healing. As I jumped into the study of neuroscience and psychology through Dr. Joe Dispenza & Dr. Daniel Amen's teachings, I became even more interested by the potential of hypnosis as a tool for harnessing the mind's innate ability to heal. The connection between the subconscious mind and our physical well-being ignited a passion within me to explore the depths of hypnotic therapy. So far in my studies and practice, I've come to really appreciate hypnosis not only as a therapeutic modality but as a profound gateway to unlocking the hidden potential within each of us for healing and self-discovery.  

I have conducted numerous sessions with individuals, including those diagnosed with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. I have found that they respond positively to my approach. In fact, one individual frequently requests additional sessions.

I am excited about the opportunity to continue offering hypnosis sessions and look forward to helping even more individuals achieve their personal goals. Each session provides a unique opportunity for growth, and I am eager to build on the positive outcomes I’ve already seen, creating lasting, transformative experiences for my clients and support on their journey through the power of hypnosis.
