Reiki I, II, Master III & Teacher
Traditional Usui Reiki

In this foundational course, you will be attuned to the First Degree of Reiki, which focuses on self-healing and physical healing. The First Degree attunement activates the flow of Reiki energy within you, enabling the chakras and aura to undergo their first cleansing and release.

This level emphasizes the importance of healing ourselves first before extending our practice to others. Reiki I introduces you to the concept of utilizing Reiki energy not only for personal healing but also for supporting friends, family, animals, plants, food, and the environment.

As you progress, you will learn the hand positions for self-healing and healing others, as well as a daily self-healing routine to strengthen your practice. The First Degree training also lays the foundation for professional-level Reiki practice.

Upon completion of the Usui Reiki I Course, you will be able to:

  • Use of certain techniques to clear and smooth the energy field.

• Describe the considerations for providing Reiki at health care facilities

With this course, you will receive  Usui Reiki Level I Course Handouts.  When you have been attuned and all course requirements have been met, you will receive a personalized Certificate stating that you have been awarded the title of Usui Reiki Level I Practitioner.
