Reiki Shares & Circles
Join our Reiki Shares and Circles, where community meets healing! These gatherings are designed for Everyone and Reiki practitioners of all levels to come together in a supportive environment, share their experiences, and exchange healing energy.
In our Reiki Shares, open to general public and practitioners, participants can give and receive Reiki, allowing for a rich exchange of energy and fostering personal growth. Each session typically includes guided meditations, sharing circles, and hands-on healing, creating a space of safety and trust where everyone is encouraged to express their insights and experiences.
Our circles, open to Reiki practitioners, promote not just individual healing but also a sense of community, reinforcing the interconnectedness of all participants. Archangels
Learn about the Archangels. Each workshop is designed to focus on one Archangel at a time. You will learn how to communicate with and listen to that particular Archangel. You will learn a special medication associated with that Archangel along with colors, symbols, crystals, etc...
Angel therapy is a form of spiritual healing that involves working with angels and archangels to bring about healing, guidance, and support in various aspects of life. Proponents of angel therapy believe that angels are divine beings who can offer assistance with emotional, spiritual, and physical challenges.
Archtypes
There are many beings here to help us on the earth during these remarkable times. These include not only angels and spirit guides, but the archangels, ascended masters, and other magnificent Higher Beings too. Here is a brief overview of each of these categories of wonderful beings, and an introduction to some of the archangels and masters.
Universal Expansion Psychic/Intuitive Development

This program will cover the following topics below Teresa will use Guided Meditation to help you to reach your inner recourses, as well as to help you to learn to LISTEN, OBSERVE and COMMUNICATE your creativity, and discuss methods of journaling, discovering talents you may have forgotten.
Chakras
Chakras are energy centers within the body. There are typically seven main chakras that are aligned along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head. Each chakra is associated with specific organs, emotions, and spiritual functions. You will learn about each Chakra and everything associated with it and how to keep them balanced through various methods and even right down to the very food we eat.
Angel Numbers
Learn all about a series of Angel Numbers. Angel numbers are sequences of numbers that are believed to carry spiritual significance and messages from angels or divine beings. These numbers are often repeated patterns that people notice in their everyday lives, such as on digital clocks, license plates, or in phone numbers.
Sacred Geometry
In this workshop you will learn geometric patterns, shapes, and proportions that are believed to hold symbolic or spiritual significance in various spiritual traditions and esoteric teachings. These geometric forms are thought to represent fundamental aspects of the universe and are often associated with concepts such as creation, harmony, and the interconnectedness of all things.
Emotional Healing
Emotional healing will look different for everybody, but it may include taking the steps to find yourself through the darkness of the fears that are related to the negative emotion to awaken into the light of peace of mind and heart.
Some common life stressors after which people may seek emotional healing include: Abuse, Addictions, Loss of home, job or Loved One. It could be the feelings of confusion or low self esteem, eating disorders or just feeling lost.
Teresa & Michelle are Certified Hypnotherapists from the National Guild of Hypnotists and has many years of personal growth behind them to assist those who are suffering emotionally by using Holistic Approaches as well as Hypnosis.
Community
Periodically Secrets of Healing will host community based events for All Ages that bring us back to the basics and strive as a community which include but are not limited to: sewing, quilting, crocheting, knitting, crafting, painting and drawing, etc.
